Veritiv Company has released a statement indicating that it has effectively acquired Quick Pak, Inc., which is based in Tampa, Florida, and Stickel Packaging Supply, located in Lakewood, New Jersey. The acquisitions will significantly improve the company’s capacity to cater to the Central Florida area and expand its reach across different parts of the Northeastern Corridor.
Increasing Capability and Local Expertise
Through the acquisition of these two companies, Veritiv further increases its capability to provide local services through national infrastructure. Through the incorporation of Quick Pak and Stickel Packaging Supply, Veritiv will gain access to more specialty corrugated and flexible packaging solutions and customer service in areas where they have been under-represented.

Started in 1999 by Mike Cunningham, Quickpak has emerged as a trusted supplier of quality films, strapping, tapes, and packaging machinery. Quickpak’s experienced technicians from Tampa support manufacturers and food & beverages industries, having excellent knowledge of maintaining equipment and distributing spares.
