Vendavo to Acquire Model N’s High-Tech Business to Strengthen Semiconductor Manufacturing

Vendavo has signed an agreement to acquire Model N’s High-Tech business unit, subject to closing, through which it aims to expand itself in the semiconductor industry and the high-tech manufacturing industry with the help of AI-driven revenue and channel management. By joining Vendavo and Model N together, this combination will bring in capabilities of both companies such as pricing, quoting, and rebates from Vendavo along with the channel data management and execution from Model N. The combined offering is designed to address the growing complexity of semiconductor and high-tech industries, where manufacturers must navigate intricate channel networks, multi-layer pricing structures, high-volume rebates, short product lifecycles and margin pressures.
