Kyndryl has announced its Kyndryl AI Orchestration for Business based on its framework named the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework. The innovation has been designed to enable enterprises to go beyond AI pilot projects into operational transformations by coordinating the various AI agents in supply chain, commerce, finance, IT, and customer operations to execute processes with precision. The Kyndryl innovation can be used across industries such as retail, consumer packaged goods, travel, and transport. The innovation integrates data, events, and agents to offer advice and assist in workflow processes. This innovation allows organizations to identify any issues and react in advance so that they do not affect the customer experience, operations, and finances.
