Fraport Greece has launched a comprehensive digital transformation initiative by deploying AirportLabs’ Airport Community App across all 14 regional airports it manages, providing a coherent data-driven approach to operations. The implementation is made possible via a previous relationship with AirportLabs and is aimed at tackling the issue of complex management in relation to geographically scattered airports by consolidating the many communication channels into one digital portal. The platform has been fully up and running since February 2026, following its launch in November 2025, offering real-time control of processes and improved collaboration between ground staff and head office personnel.

“With the Airport Community App, we are introducing a mobile platform that delivers real-time operational information and enhances collaboration across our network of 14 airports. By consolidating key data into a single, accessible environment, we enable faster decision-making, improved coordination, and more efficient daily operations,” said Niki Aspradaki, Data Analytics Manager at Fraport Greece. It is also equipped with live flight information, centralized monitoring systems, and constant connectivity among parties involved. In its presentation, AirportLabs stressed the change to being proactive in its operations, which was brought about by the implementation of uniform digital processes that facilitated a unified operational perspective.
