Solera Health Launches Cancer Care Network to Connect Members to Digital Cancer Screening, Supportive Care

Solera Health, the premier digital health delivery company creating flexible solutions to seamlessly connect people to on-benefit care via health plans and employers, announced the launch of its Cancer Care Network, which connects health plan members and employees to Iris by OncoHealth for supportive care and treatment navigation, and Fuze Health for at-home screening and at-home sample collection.

The launch extends Solera’s whole-person care model beyond behavioral health and chronic condition management into oncology, where care is often fragmented across primary care, specialists, mental health support and financial navigation. The network is designed to support members across their full journey, from early detection and screening, active treatment, symptom management, and survivorship.

The American Cancer Society projects more than 2.1 million new cancer diagnoses (~5,800 per day) and 626,140 cancer deaths in the U.S. for 2026. Further, more than 50 million people in the U.S. live in counties without a radiation oncology practice, according to the International Journal of Radiation Oncology.

“Cancer care is the kind of health complexity our network model was built to solve,” said John Santelli, CEO of Solera Health. “Members facing a diagnosis shouldn’t have to figure out on their own whether they need care navigation, emotional support, or in-home screening. Our matching engine handles that routing, so members can find the right resources the first time.”

Members answer questions about their diagnosis, treatment stage, and preferences. Based on their responses, Solera’s matching algorithm routes them to Iris or Fuze Health, giving each member a path suited to where they are in their cancer journey.

Iris by OncoHealth: Supportive Care Around the Clock
Iris is a virtual supportive care solution providing specialized clinical, emotional, and practical support to individuals living with cancer and their caregivers.

Iris provides 24/7 access to oncology-trained nurses, licensed mental health therapists, and registered dietitians, complementing cancer treatment with specialized support beyond the treatment setting. Iris helps individuals and their caregivers across all 50 states access expert guidance and support when and where they need it.

“Cancer care has to address more than what happens during a treatment appointment. People living with cancer and their caregivers need trusted support for the physical, emotional, and practical challenges that come with cancer,” said Jon Maack, Chief Executive Officer of OncoHealth. “Our partnership with Solera expands the reach of Iris and creates a new opportunity to bring specialized oncology supportive care to health plan and employer populations at scale. We’re proud to help make supportive care a more accessible and connected part of the cancer care experience.”

Fuze Health: Screening and Ongoing Wellness
Fuze Health offers at-home sample collection kits and preventative screenings, along with pharmacy services and ongoing wellness support. By connecting testing, treatment, and wellness through a unified digital platform, Fuze Health simplifies access, strengthens engagement, and supports patients throughout their care journeys.

“Early detection shortens the path to treatment, helping people get the care they need sooner and making better health outcomes possible,” said Oonagh O’Brien, Chief Executive Officer of Fuze Services, Fuze Health’s clinical solutions business. “Through Solera’s Cancer Care Network, we can help members complete important cancer screenings from the convenience of home so they can get the clarity they need to take the best path forward.”
