Accruent, a provider of built environment management software and an operating company of Fortive Corporation, has established a strategic partnership with telecom intelligence provider PowerX. The joint initiative integrates PowerX’s artificial intelligence (AI) and data science models directly into Accruent’s Siterra site, asset, and workflow management software to help global tower companies (TowerCos) optimize energy consumption and streamline site performance.
Unifying Real-World Field Telemetry with Core Systems of Record
Under the new operational framework, Accruent’s Siterra platform functions as the primary system of record for managing physical assets, project deployments, and leasing workflows. Concurrently, PowerX’s intelligence engine continuously analyzes real-time data streams from distributed tower locations, monitoring live energy metrics, asset utilization patterns, and site performance anomalies.
By bridging real-world site behavior with core operational databases, the integrated technology stack allows telecom operators to translate automated data insights into prioritized field workflows. This automated alignment minimizes manual reconciliation, accelerates field issue resolution, and helps maintain accurate financial and operational records across complex asset portfolios.
