SNC and Seekr Form Strategic Alliance to Deploy Explainable AI Across Multi-Domain Mission Systems

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), a premier innovator in global aerospace and national security, and Seekr, a pioneer in explainable AI, have formalized a strategic joint venture. The partnership aims to engineer and implement AI-native capabilities across SNC’s comprehensive suite of multi-domain mission systems, modernizing operational workflows across air, ground, maritime, space, and cyber landscapes.

To oversee the joint venture’s strategic trajectory and coordinate new commercial opportunities, the organizations have established a dedicated steering committee. This leadership group will feature Seekr CEO Pat Condo, SNC CEO Fatih Ozmen, and Cyrus Behbehani, the former chairman of investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

“By combining SNC’s deep systems integration expertise with Seekr’s explainable, high performance AI platform, we are building capabilities that deliver real-time decision advantage when and where it matters most,” said Fatih Ozmen, CEO of SNC. “This collaboration strengthens our long-term strategic alignment and underscores our shared commitment to providing operators with the clarity, speed and confidence required to protect lives and ensure mission success.”

Working in the air, land, maritime, space, and cyber environments, the defense collaboration seeks to cut decisively into the decision cycle down to the tactical edge—from the high orbits all the way to the depths of the oceans. Simultaneously, however, the system will allow for smooth, scalable implementation within the wider enterprise network. In designing a repeatable process for incorporating extremely precise AI algorithms into active hardware systems, the two firms hope to implement their first capabilities within just a few months.

“Seekr and SNC are focused on delivering AI that operates where missions happen by providing real-time, explainable decision advantage directly within operational systems,” said Pat Condo, CEO of Seekr. “The goal is straightforward: give operators the best advantage, at the speed they need it with mission-critical accuracy.”

Technology is at the heart of this collaboration. The SeekrFlow™ platform serves as the technological backbone of the partnership. It is an operating system that ingests data in a secure way, trains mission-related models, optimizes neural networks, and automates agent orchestration. Tailored for use by the government, the SeekrFlow™ platform possesses observability, governance controls, and data provenance capabilities that enable it to operate effectively even in highly classified, disconnected, or bandwidth-limited situations.

The first phase of integrating this technology will involve aircrews, providing tactical flight crews with the capability to perform automated threat prioritization, develop course of action, and instantly align with the military’s tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP).

Additional AI pipelines currently under development target automated workflows for counter-UAS platforms, aerial defense networks, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) applications across distributed or contested areas. Crucially, the collaboration will support the future scaling of SNC’s flagship command-and-control software, SNC TRAX® Software, which currently links over one million network endpoints—a digital footprint projected to grow substantially as autonomous unmanned hardware production accelerates.
