Caliber and Fixico Partner to Launch Connected, AI-Powered Fleet Repair Management Solution

Caliber, an auto collision repair company, along with its partner Fixico, which is an innovative repair management platform based in Europe, are collaborating for an integrated repair solution in the US for fleet operators. The partnership leverages the advanced AI technology-based repair management system provided by Fixico, which is combined with Caliber’s large network of repair facilities across the nation, including 1,800 collision repair centers. The purpose of this collaboration is to overcome the increasing difficulty of vehicle repair due to the rising complexities associated with vehicle design and fragmented repair systems. Using the digital platform that is developed using AI, fleets will be able to access an end-to-end solution for the workflow associated with the entire process, from intake through repair, including the ability to schedule appointments, communicate, and analyze performance.
