Noibu and BigCommerce Join Forces to Enhance E-commerce Performance

Noibu, a leading platform in error detection and resolution, announced a partnership with BigCommerce, an open SaaS, composable e-commerce platform for B2C and B2B brands. This partnership aims to improve website performance and customer experience for online retailers. BigCommerce customers can now integrate Noibu’s error monitoring tools through the BigCommerce App Marketplace.

Kailin Noivo, Co-Founder and President of Noibu emphasized the company’s commitment to operational efficiency and proactive error management. “This strategic alliance aims to transform the e-commerce experience globally, potentially eliminating front-end errors,” Noivo stated. The partnership between Noibu and BigCommerce is designed to address current issues and create a seamless, efficient, and error-free e-commerce environment.

Customers like DEMDACO, MEC, King Arthur Baking, Store Supply Warehouse, and SportsShoes are already benefiting from this collaboration. The partnership includes a one-click integration feature, allowing BigCommerce customers to easily connect their online stores with Noibu’s platform. This integration simplifies the setup process, saves time, and enables customers to quickly monitor and resolve website issues.

Mike Hofer, Director of Web Product and Strategy at King Arthur Baking, highlighted the importance of this partnership. “With the combined power of these solutions, we can quickly identify whether issues originate from our code, BigCommerce updates, or third-party services,” Hofer explained. This comprehensive oversight helps companies avoid major disruptions and move forward confidently.

Traditional methods for handling website errors often involve reactive and costly measures. Noibu’s approach prioritizes errors based on their impact on revenue, providing actionable insights to development teams for quick resolution. The engineering teams at Noibu and BigCommerce identified that 99.6% of errors were isolated to one storefront, with the remaining 0.4 percent spread across multiple stores.
