Epicor, a global leader in industry-specific enterprise software, announced key features and updates in its latest release of Epicor Propello, the company’s cloud-based retail management solution for modern retailers. The new capabilities strengthen scalability through a variety of integrations with widely used eCommerce, financials, Business Intelligence (BI), workforce management, and automation platforms, as well as enable custom connections via published APIs.
The new Propello capabilities, along with the broader connected portfolio of Epicor solutions and business applications for retailers, will be showcased at the upcoming Epicor Insights for Building Supply and Retail 2025 customer conference taking place November 19-21 in National Harbor, Maryland.
“As supply chain uncertainty and pricing volatility persists, retailers need flexible and connected solutions that provide the visibility to make real-time decisions and adapt to disruptions quickly,” said Carl Hildebrandt, Vice President of Product Management at Epicor. “The latest Epicor Propello release helps save retailers time and money by cutting inefficiencies, fostering better engagement with staff and customers, and expanding connectivity with a variety of eCommerce, financials, BI, and workforce management tools.”

Many retailers are challenged with data visibility and accuracy in managing operations across their online and offline channels, as well as multiple store locations. According to the recently published IHL Group study, “The Future of Retail: How Technology is Defining Success,” 72 percent of retailers report data accuracy as a top concern, with stockouts and overstocks often tied to lack of visibility as a result of disconnected systems. Fifty-four percent of respondents also noted access to accurate and up-to-date inventory information as a major challenge, highlighting a need for stronger integrations and analytics across disconnected systems.
The new Propello integrations and BI features address these challenges, strengthening data visibility and connections out-of-the-box or leveraging custom integrations with purpose-built solutions that customers are already using. New integrations with leading platforms include Modern Retail, Epicor Scheduling+, Epicor Financials, Epicor EDI, and Epicor Automation Studio.
Propello is built for forward-looking retailers centered on customers. The cloud ERP platform and newly embedded BI enhances visibility, turns data into real-time actionable insights, and powers secure omnichannel operations at scale. This enables retailers to navigate and grow without compromising control or flexibility in today’s dynamic marketplace.
“Epicor Propello has been a game-changer, taking the guesswork out of operations and saving countless hours on backend processes,” said Kalise Sampson, General Manager of Evergreen Pet Supply. “As a result, we have the right products on the shelves at the right price to keep customers and suppliers happy.”
Propello enables real-time tracking and visibility into committed quantities, leveraging automated suggested reordering to right-size inventory levels and more accurately meet customer demand. Propello also supports streamlined transfers and tracks store-level spending across locations.
