Cart.com Welcomes Krishna Venkatasamy as CTO

Cart.com, a leading provider of unified commerce and logistics software and services, announced the appointment of Krishna Venkatasamy as Chief Technology Officer. Venkatasamy, who previously led development teams at e2open, Onward Robotics and Manhattan Associates, brings over 25 years of supply chain software and hardware expertise to Cart.com where he will oversee the company’s engineering teams.

Prior to Cart.com, Venkatasamy served as Vice President of Product Management at e2open, a publicly traded supply chain platform. He was previously Senior Vice President of Engineering at Onward Robotics, Senior Director of Product Management at Manhattan Associates and Chief Technology Officer at Lucas Systems, a warehouse optimization software provider. Venkatasamy will play a central role in enhancing and expanding Cart.com’s suite of demand and supply chain software offerings, including the company’s Constellation Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
