Quantum Health, the leading consumer healthcare navigation and care coordination company, announced it has named Dr. Stanley Crittenden, MD, FASN, as its corporate Chief Medical Officer. In his role, Dr. Crittenden will be responsible for Quantum Health’s clinical strategy, including Utilization Management, Pharmacy and Clinical programs.

Dr. Crittenden comes to Quantum Health from Evergreen Nephrology, a Rubicon Founders portfolio company, where he served as Chief Medical Officer. During his time there, he led the creation of their payer and provider-integrated value-based care delivery model and its supporting technology stack. As an expert in value-based care models, he also had responsibility for clinical product development and led the service teams responsible for utilization management, case management, health equity programs and business development. Prior to Evergreen, Dr. Crittenden served in physician executive roles with both Anthem and Humana, where he was able to translate his direct patient care experience to create programs that delivered improved health outcomes in both commercial and Medicare Advantage service lines. Dr. Crittenden attended both undergraduate and medical school at Tulane University. He completed residency in internal medicine at The University of Chicago and fellowship in nephrology at Weill Cornell Medical College and is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology.
