Steffes named Mike Winn as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1. Headquartered in Dickinson, North Dakota, Steffes is a leading U.S. provider of steel fabrication and electrical services for a variety of diverse industries, including oil and gas, contract manufacturing and electric thermal storage. The company operates four total manufacturing facilities, with locations in Dickinson and Grand Forks, North Dakota and Shelby, North Carolina.

Steffes has evolved significantly in recent years, with new markets, growing teams and greater demand for products and expertise. The need for strategic clarity and alignment is critical as the company continues to grow.

Winn joins the company with more than two decades of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing and distribution industries at small, large, private equity-backed and privately owned companies. His past companies have been both customers of and vendors to Steffes, giving him a unique and valuable perspective.
