DC BLOX Appoints Tricia Pridemore as EVP of Energy, Regulatory and Policy

DC BLOX, a leading provider of connected data center and fiber network solutions across the Southeastern United States, announced the appointment of Tricia Pridemore as Executive Vice President, Energy, Regulatory and Policy. In this capacity, Pridemore will serve as a principal representative and voice for DC BLOX before energy providers, policymakers, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders, advancing the company’s strategic initiatives across both the private sector and government projects.

Pridemore will serve as a principal representative for DC BLOX before energy providers, policymakers, regulatory bodies and industry organizations. Her responsibilities will include helping shape the company’s approach to energy strategy, regulatory engagement and policy as demand for data center capacity continues to grow.

The appointment brings significant experience in energy regulation and public policy to the company. Pridemore has served in regulatory leadership and has been closely involved in discussions around utility infrastructure, energy policy and the changing requirements of large electricity users.

Her move comes as data centers, particularly those supporting AI and high-performance computing workloads, place increasing pressure on power availability and grid infrastructure. Energy access, interconnection timelines and regulatory coordination are becoming important considerations alongside land, connectivity and computing capacity.

For data center operators, expansion is increasingly linked to how quickly reliable power can be secured. DC BLOX‘s decision to establish a dedicated executive role around energy, regulation and policy reflects this shift.

As digital infrastructure demand accelerates, closer engagement between data center companies, utilities and policymakers is likely to become an increasingly important part of planning new capacity.
