ASRC Federal has promoted Jen Mehall to President of its Defense & Intelligence Operating Group, where she will oversee strategic direction and operations for the company’s defense-focused business. She succeeds Mike Manzo, who recently became ASRC Federal’s President and CEO.
Mehall has spent the past decade at ASRC Federal and most recently held a dual role as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the combined Professional Support Services and Broadleaf divisions, while also leading Defense & Intelligence operations. In that position, she oversaw professional support and cybersecurity services for customers including the Army, Navy and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
The leadership change comes as government agencies face growing demands around cybersecurity, digital modernization, mission technology and national security. ASRC Federal’s Defense & Intelligence group has more than 4,000 professionals supporting federal customers, making operational leadership increasingly important as government technology requirements evolve.

Mehall brings more than 25 years of federal contracting experience supporting defense and civilian agencies. Before joining ASRC Federal, she held senior operations positions at CACI and Chenega Corporation. Her experience spans organizational operations, customer support and technology-enabled services.
The appointment also represents a continuation of leadership changes at ASRC Federal following Manzo’s move into the CEO role in July. With Mehall now leading the Defense & Intelligence business, the company is positioning experienced internal leadership closer to its key defense and intelligence operations.
