Transflo and ATI Merge to Revolutionize FreightTech and Fleet Management Solutions

Transflo, a leading mobile and business automation software provider to the transportation industry, announced a merger with Assured Telematics Inc. (ATI), a top-tier provider of fleet management solutions. This merger will combine the strengths of both companies to deliver an end-to-end solution suite and a densely connected technology ecosystem to help fleet customers increase efficiency, improve cash flow, and reduce costs.
