TerraClear, a leading AgTech company, announced the appointment of Devin Lammers as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lammers brings a wealth of experience in AgTech, Go-to-Market strategies, and scaling companies, positioning him to lead TerraClear into its next phase of growth.
Mr. Lammers joins TerraClear from Farmers Business Network, Inc. (FBN), where he spent seven years building and leading various technology-forward business lines. His notable accomplishments include founding and serving as President of both FBN Financial and Gradable. He also served as the CRO/COO and Interim CEO at FBN, overseeing the entire company’s operations and serving its 50,000+ members and 17,000+ farmer customers.
Prior to FBN, Mr. Lammers was a Principal at Parthenon-EY, where he led numerous projects in the technology and industrials practice. He also has experience building early-stage companies and hails from a multi-generational farming and ranching family in South Dakota. Mr. Lammers holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Business. He is based in Boulder, CO.

Mr. Frei also expressed his confidence in Mr. Lammers’ leadership, stating, “Devin’s proven track record in AgTech and his passion for innovation make him the ideal person to lead TerraClear into the future.
