This allows the engineers to leverage this technology for scaling up simulations, automating complex processes via AI agents, and speeding up design exploration through the use of surrogate models generated from the simulation outputs. This will allow engineers to evaluate many more designs in their complex vehicles. “The demands on our engineering environment are only growing, with more complexity, faster cycles, and the need to explore more possibilities earlier in development,” said Tomoaki Utsunomiya, chief engineer, Auto. Dev. Engineering Systems (TE), HM ECM System Div, Digital Unit, Honda Motor Co., Ltd. “Rescale gives us the flexibility and scale to meet those demands as they evolve. As we look ahead, having a platform that can continuously strengthen our engineering capabilities as technology advances is exactly what we need.”
