Renault Group has appointed Carine Damois as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 14, 2026. Damois brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership, digital transformation, and corporate services across international industrial organizations. Since 2021, she has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Michelin, where she has overseen key finance functions across more than 100 countries and contributed to performance, strategy, and transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at Michelin and the AREVA Group spanning manufacturing, logistics, energy, treasury, and operations.

Her appointment comes as Renault continues to execute its futuREady strategic plan, which includes technology development, electrification, digital transformation, and organizational changes across the Group.
For technology-driven automotive companies, finance leadership increasingly extends beyond traditional financial management. Digital transformation, software-defined vehicles, electrification, data, and evolving mobility models are creating new financial and operational considerations. Damois’s combination of finance and transformation experience positions her to contribute to these priorities as Renault moves into its next phase.
