Jaggaer Announces Acquisition of Ivoflow to Strengthen Procurement Intelligence

Jaggaer has completed its acquisition of Ivoflow, a Germany-based spend and price intelligence platform for direct materials, in a transaction that closed on September 11, 2026. The acquisition supports Jaggaer’s strategy to develop a more intelligent procurement platform by combining its end-to-end procurement capabilities with Ivoflow’s market and cost intelligence. Ivoflow connects purchasing and ERP data with external inputs such as commodity indices, currency movements and cost data to help manufacturers determine whether part prices reflect current market conditions. The overall functionality is geared toward helping procurement organizations find ways to save money, track external costs, take action, and improve negotiation processes with suppliers.

This new development comes to meet a major need in the manufacturing industry, where direct material costs make up 50% to 70% of the cost of goods sold. Ivoflow also uses AI to assess supplier price-increase requests by analyzing raw materials, currency and labor costs against market data. “Ivoflow will enable buyers to manage more of their direct materials within a single platform, bringing powerful market and cost intelligence into supplier negotiations. This means more transparent, fact-based conversations with suppliers, stronger partnerships, and better commercial outcomes. We see real opportunity to invest in the team, expand the platform, and accelerate what we can deliver together,” said Andrew Roszko, Chief Executive Officer of Jaggaer. Ivoflow co-founders Daniel Demuth and Nicolas Neubauer will continue leading the team.
