Lockheed Martin has officially unveiled Strigo™, a new family of modular defense technologies designed to accelerate the deployment of radio-frequency (RF) sensors, missile datalinks, and missile seeker systems across multi-domain operations.
Engineered on a shared, open architecture baseline, Strigo solutions can be reconfigured rapidly to meet evolving operational mandates-ranging from integrated air and missile defense to air-to-surface precision strikes.
To streamline manufacturing and speed up lead times, Lockheed Martin established a specialized Strigo Product Center. The facility operates as an agile development hub, offering ready-now and near-ready hardware packages that can be customized to match shifting defense requirements.

Proactive R&D and Hardware Acceleration
Operating out of the Strigo Product Center, Lockheed Martin conducts internal research and development to produce RF sensors and missile systems ahead of formalized government program requirements. This proactive manufacturing strategy ensures that hardware components are engineered, tested, and ready for integration as operational threat landscapes evolve.
Established less than two years ago, the Strigo Product Center has already guided multiple concepts through design, prototype fabrication, and physical testing. Technologies developed within the Strigo product line have already contributed to the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 2 seeker architecture.
