Net Health has launched an AI-powered documentation capability for ReDoc, its outpatient and hospital-based rehabilitation therapy electronic medical record (EMR), aimed to improving clinical efficiency. The native ambient scribe is built on advanced AI models and trained using documentation created by ReDoc clinicians, enabling it to generate both clinical narratives and structured documentation directly during patient encounters. Designed for rehabilitation disciplines-including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and specialties such as hand therapy, lymphedema, women’s health, and pediatrics-the solution recognizes specialty-specific terminology and documentation needs. The AI documentation capability represents the first in a planned suite of AI enhancements for ReDoc, with future additions including chart auditing, chart summaries, smart scheduling, and coding support based on customer feedback.
