Polar Semiconductor, LLC and Nexperia B.V. have entered into an alliance where they will be collaborating to produce state-of-the-art power MOSFET semiconductors in Polar Semiconductor’s wafer fabrication facility located in Minnesota to enhance the supply capacity of such products to customers in the field of AI infrastructure, robotics, industrial, and automotive industry segments. This collaboration between the two companies will merge the expertise of Polar in high volume semiconductor manufacturing together with the expertise of Nexperia in designing and manufacturing MOSFETs that help meet the growing demands of efficient semiconductor solutions in the market place today. Polar is a company that has been engaged in the manufacture of semiconductors for over 60 years and auto semiconductors for over 25 years; it is IATF 16949 certified and is dedicated to zero defect manufacturing.
