FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation has introduced the ELUXEO 8000 Endoscopic Imaging System, a next-generation platform featuring a single-unit processor and light source (EP-8000) designed to enhance endoscopic imaging, workflow efficiency, and therapeutic performance. Leveraging 4K resolution, triple noise reduction (3NR), and extended dynamic range, the system delivers sharper, brighter images with reduced halation across near and far fields. Its LED multi-light technology now includes a newly developed Amber-Red Color Imaging (ACI) mode, complementing Fujifilm’s existing Linked Color Imaging (LCI®) and Blue Light Imaging (BLI) modes, to improve polyp detection, bleeding source identification, and visualization during third-space endoscopy procedures.

“We are steadfast in our commitment to advance the field of endoscopy with innovations that empower GI physicians to safely and efficiently accomplish even the most challenging procedures with the best possible outcomes,” said Tai Fujita, VP of Endoscopy Division, FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation. The ELUXEO 8000 System is compatible with Fujifilm’s full range of 500- to 800-series diagnostic, therapeutic, and double-balloon endoscopes, offering a practical, cost-effective solution that avoids the need for new scope bundling. Experts highlight its intelligent CMOS image sensors and enhanced color contrast, which support precise visualization of tissue layers and blood vessels, making it particularly valuable for advanced procedures such as ESD and small intestine interventions.
