Rajant Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Cris Boyd as Chief Growth Officer. A retired U.S. Army officer with 32 years of distinguished service, Boyd brings a wealth of expertise in technology integration, strategic growth, and customer engagement across defense and industry sectors.
During his military career, Boyd served across the Infantry, Signal Regiment, and Army Acquisition Corps, holding key roles in Product Management and Project Management. His service culminated as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at RDECOM (now CCDC DEVCOM). Following retirement, he transitioned to a civilian industry leadership role, specializing in business development and customer relations with a strong focus on integrating innovative technologies to defense priorities.

In his new role, Boyd will lead Rajant’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding partnerships, driving customer engagement, and supporting the company’s evolution in delivering advanced edge computing and customer focused solutions to targeted vertical markets including defense, mining, warehouse automation, ports, oil and gas and more.
