TechSee Partners with ServiceNow to Deliver Native Visual Agentic AI

TechSee, a global leader in visual agentic AI, announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow, launching native integration of its flagship platform, Sophie AI, within the Now Platform. Through this collaboration, ServiceNow customers can now embed real-time visual diagnostics, guided automation, and AI-powered visual assistance directly into their ServiceNow workflows – transforming how issues are identified, resolved, and prevented.

TechSee is now a certified ServiceNow partner, with Sophie for ServiceNow soon to be listed on the ServiceNow Store.

This native integration gives enterprise service teams the ability to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable resolutions – without the need for app downloads, code changes, or external tools. Sophie AI’s embedded visual capabilities enable customers, service reps and technicians to solve problems in real time, leveraging Sophie’s Visual Agentic platform, for remote support and onsite tech visual assistant.
