Keysight Technologies has introduced the Next-Generation Embedded Security Testbench, a scalable PXI-based solution aimed at addressing the growing complexities of security testing in modern chips and embedded devices. This unified platform integrates essential components such as oscilloscopes, amplifiers, and trigger generators within a single PXIe chassis, significantly reducing setup complexities and enhancing communication speeds between modules.

Leveraging a high-speed PXIe architecture, the testbench delivers up to ten times more effective results in side-channel analysis and fault injection testing-critical techniques for identifying and mitigating hardware-based vulnerabilities. Erwin in ’t Veld, Product Manager at Keysight’s Device Security Research Lab, emphasized, “With the Next-Generation Embedded Security Testbench, we are setting a new standard for device security testing.” This launch underscores Keysight’s commitment to providing robust solutions that empower developers and security labs to effectively address current security challenges and adapt to future advancements.
