Tire Rack named Scott Clark to be its new CEO, effective April 21, 2025. Clark transitions from a career with Michelin, previously as CEO of Michelin North America and most recently based at Michelin headquarters in Clermont Ferrand, France as Executive VP and member of the Group Executive Committee and responsible for worldwide car, 2-wheel, and motorsports tire businesses. During his three-decade career he has successfully led U.S. and global teams through periods of tremendous tire and automotive industry changes, expertise that will contribute greatly to Tire Rack’s growth and continued success.

Current CEO Michael Joines will continue to have a leadership role with the company, transitioning to the role of executive chairman, with a focus on strategies that will help expand and accelerate the growth of the business. “We’re so pleased to have Scott join the team because in addition to his exceptional leadership skills and industry knowledge, he has really been a valued Tire Rack friend for many years,” Joines said. Clark will relocate to work at Tire Rack’s South Bend, Ind., headquarters, officially taking the reins on April 21, 2025. Additionally, Scott Clark will join The Reinalt-Thomas Corporation Board of Directors.
