Geekplus will enable THG Fulfil to increase warehouse throughput by supporting palletised items of any size. The Geekpus solution adds to THG Fulfil’s already extensive warehouse automation solutions, which it is leveraging to cater to the growing trend of late-night shopping by offering a 1am next-day delivery service for its own brands, including ESPA and LOOKFANTASTIC, along with external customers.
This innovative order fulfillment solution implemented has helped THG increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction, while enabling scalability and providing real-time data and analytics through an innovative software platform. The expansion of automation solutions now allows THG Fulfil to support items of any size regardless of category through its automation solutions, allowing 95% of all units sold to be fulfilled through some form of automation.
