Envision Healthcare, a leading national medical group, announced the appointments of Derik Reynecke as Chief Integration Officer.

Dean will continue to build on Envision’s work to be a best place to practice and support the clinicians and clinical support teams making a difference in the lives of millions of patients. She steps into the role as Meg Lafave, who has served as Chief People and Culture Officer since March 2022, departs to focus on the next challenge in her career. Ford will continue to develop and deepen Envision’s value proposition for stakeholders and manage the organization’s centralized strategy and business development functions.

Reynecke has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and particular expertise in finance and accounting, acquisition evaluation, post-merger integration, strategic planning and process improvement. He has more than 25 years of consulting, investment banking and operational experience with high-growth, middle-market and publicly traded companies.
