TraceLink Unveils OPUS Platform to Boost Supply Chain Efficiency

TraceLink, the digital network platform for intelligent supply chain orchestration, has announced major enhancements to its Orchestration Platform for Universal Solutions (OPUS), designed to help organizations achieve cost reductions and improved profitability. The OPUS capabilities eliminate manual operations, simplify partner integrations through no-code tools, and provide real-time supply chain data essential for AI efficiency. Enhancements span across MINT, POET, SPI, and Track-and-Trace solutions, collectively targeting cost drivers such as redundant workflows, siloed systems, and resource-intensive exception handling.

“By automating manual work, improving revenue predictability, and capturing savings at scale, these OPUS enhancements enable measurable financial gains today-while laying the foundation for tomorrow’s AI-enabled, agentically orchestrated supply chains,” said Shabbir Dahod, President and CEO of TraceLink. Example, MINT consolidates supplier invoices into digital workspace, while POET automates discrepancy handling to recover discounts and free up capital. SPI enhances inventory accuracy by detecting anomalies in real time, and Track-and-Trace ensures compliance to prevent penalties and counterfeiting. Theo Rukundo, Director of Pharmacy Supply Chain and Contracting at Boston Medical Center, added, “The performance achieved through MINT was significant for us to achieve long-term goals, which are to stay on top of our budget, contain our costs, and unlock some discounts.”
