SWEP, part of Dover, has launched the SWEP All-Stainless B4TS, a new brazed plate heat exchanger designed specifically for the demanding cooling requirements of the electronics and semiconductor industries, supporting high-pressure and environmentally sustainable refrigeration applications. The frameless and compact B4TS is engineered for use with R744 refrigerant-grade CO2 and is optimized to withstand the corrosive properties of deionized water commonly used by chiller manufacturers in these sectors. The innovative all-stainless steel material combination and light weight with optimized material use achieve high heat transfer efficiency per kilogram, as well as enhanced durability and system performance for application in evaporators, condensers, and gas coolers.
