SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. has launched its AI Agent Catalogue designed for financial services and healthcare firms, offering outcome-focused AI agents that simplify complex workflows like credit processing, contract validation, and trade reconciliation. Delivered as a managed service, these agents help organizations address talent shortages, improve efficiency, and operate securely at scale. One of the first adopters, American Life, is leveraging SS&C’s Credit Agreement Document Agent to automate and accelerate private credit processing. “The ability to update credit agreements almost in real time will be transformative allowing our team to focus on higher-value work instead of manual upkeep,” said Georgette Nicholas, CEO, American Life.

Built on the SS&C AI Gateway, an enterprise-grade governance platform, each agent is developed and tested within SS&C’s own operations before release, ensuring compliance and measurable ROI. “With this offering, we are aiming to enable our customers to realize value from agentic AI safely, securely and quickly,” said Rob Stone, General Manager, Intelligent Automation & Analytics at SS&C.
