This strategic move aims to bolster NIQ’s artificial intelligence capabilities, providing consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies with advanced tools to understand and predict consumer preferences. Gastrograph AI specializes in modeling human sensory perceptions-such as flavor, aroma, and texture-to aid in product development and reformulation. Integrating Gastrograph’s extensive sensory database into NIQ’s ecosystem will enable clients to accelerate product innovation, reduce time-to-market, and lower development costs.
