Lockheed Martin and Google Bring GenAI to National Security

Lockheed Martin and Google Public Sector are teaming up. They will include Google’s advanced generative AI, with the Gemini models, in the Lockheed Martin AI Factory. The initiative will use Google’s AI tools in Lockheed Martin’s secure settings. These are on-premises and air-gapped. Staff can access advanced AI features, so national defense needs stay secure. The partnership wants to speed up data analysis across different modes. It also aims to simplify research and development and improve logistics using smart automation.
