The acquisition followed all required regulatory approvals. The acquisition boosts JAS’s ability to offer specialized logistics solutions. It covers industries like Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, and Construction. This move uses Pentagon’s decades of expertise and global reach. Pentagon has over 1,200 employees in 65 offices around the world. They will join JAS’s team. This will boost JAS’s ability to serve customers with complex logistics.
