Dealerware has integrated its fleet management and mobility platform with Tekion’s Automotive Partner Cloud (APC), connecting with Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) to improve data exchange and operational efficiency for dealerships. The integration enables dealerships using Tekion ARC to connect Dealerware’s platform directly with their existing workflows, providing real-time vehicle availability during service appointment booking and automatically synchronizing customer, vehicle, repair order (RO), and reservation data. It also supports unified customer messaging and payment collection, helping dealership teams reduce manual processes and manage mobility operations more efficiently. The integration is intended to minimize disconnected systems and provide dealerships with greater flexibility when selecting technology solutions that fit their operational requirements.

By enabling data to move between Dealerware and Tekion systems, the collaboration can reduce repetitive tasks, eliminate the need to switch between multiple platforms, and improve coordination across dealership operations.
