SmartKem, Inc. Begins Trading on the OTCQB in the US

SmartKem, Inc. announced that its common stock has commenced trading on the OTCQB Venture Marketplace (“OTCQB”) in the United States under the ticker symbol “SMTK”. The OTCQB is a US trading platform that is operated by the OTC Markets Group Inc. in New York.

SmartKem CEO Ian Jenks commented, “This is a huge milestone for SmartKem. SmartKem is seeking to reshape the world of electronics with a revolutionary semiconductor platform that enables a new generation of displays, sensors and logic. SmartKem’s patented TRUFLEX® inks are solution deposited at a low temperature, on low-cost substrates to make organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) circuits.
