Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm focused on infrastructure and real assets, announced a strategic partnership with Dupré Logistics, a privately held provider of transportation and logistics solutions serving blue-chip clients across the United States.
Headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, Dupré specializes in energy distribution, on-site and private fleet services, and strategic capacity brokerage. The Company has built a strong footprint along the Gulf Coast and offers nationwide reach through a fleet of more than 700 trucks, 1,000 professional drivers, and relationships with over 16,000 preferred carriers.
This partnership marks a new phase of growth for Dupré, supported by Stonepeak’s deep industry expertise and investment capabilities in the transportation and logistics sector.
In connection with the announcement, Chris Sower has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mike Weindel, effective immediately. Chris brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in supply chain logistics, having held senior roles in companies that serve as vital links in the U.S. goods movement ecosystem.
