StatimRX, an SPS Health company and leading provider of specialized logistics services for long term care (LTC) pharmacies, has announced a new API integration with SoftWriters’ FrameworkCourier platform. Through real-time data exchange, pharmacies gain centralized oversight of the delivery lifecycle, from staging and routing to delivery confirmation and proof of delivery capture, delivering operational flexibility.
“This integration is a major step in helping pharmacies meet the growing demands for delivery standards in long term care,” said John DiFiore, Chief Operating Officer at SPS Health. “StatimRX has a commitment to reliability, transparency, and enhancing pharmacy workflows, and by teaming up with SoftWriters, we’re excited to continue our mission and deliver seamless integration into the systems that pharmacies rely on every day.”
Following SPS Health’s acquisition of Mideast Delivery Solutions and its integration into the StatimRX logistics team, the expanded organization developed existing capabilities to establish a direct connection between Statim’s logistics platform and FrameworkLTC, an advancement made possible through trusted collaboration with SoftWriters. This next phase in SPS Health and SoftWriters’ partnership highlights a shared commitment to innovation and client-centric solutions, empowering long term care pharmacies to elevate their operations and position themselves for sustainable growth.

Pharmacies that leverage this streamlined integration receive connectivity upgrades such as real-time packing slip edits and quicker API support resolution. Delivery data, including signatures, milestones, and proof of delivery, is stored within FrameworkLTC for easy review and compliance. Additionally, this integration will remove dependence on third-party technology and streamline all Statim operations into a single interface for drivers. This enhancement enables clients to view real-time driver ETAs and milestone updates directly in their Statim Portal, improving visibility for the Statim operations team and resulting in greater operational and signature capture compliance.
“This integration reflects our continued investment in innovation and our commitment to enabling the right partners who share our vision for transforming long-term care pharmacy operations,” said Jackie Maitland, VP of Customer Success at SoftWriters. “By collaborating with StatimRX, we’re helping pharmacies streamline logistics through connected, intelligent workflows that improve visibility, compliance, and patient care.
