Imperative Logistics Group expands its domestic expedited capabilities with the acquisition of DTH Expeditors, strengthening its presence in next-flight-out services and high-touch logistics

Imperative Logistics Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of DTH Expeditors, Inc., a premium, high-touch domestic expedited services provider based in Atlanta, Georgia. DTH will become part of Imperative’s ASAP Expediting service offering, further enhancing its capabilities in the domestic expedited market, particularly in next-flight-out services.

DTH specializes in high-touch, time-critical solutions for customers in healthcare, aerospace and aviation, and advanced manufacturing. Founded in 1999, DTH has built a reputation for excellent customer service, responsiveness, and reliability.
