DHL Group, the global leader in logistics, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Temu, a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace, to strengthen their ongoing collaboration and jointly support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The partnership will focus on enhancing supply chain efficiency and enabling cross-border trade, particularly in high-potential regions such as Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
The agreement reinforces both organizations’ shared commitment to enabling compliant trade, fostering sustainable logistics practices, and empowering local businesses through reliable global infrastructure.
Under the new MoU, DHL Group will leverage its robust logistics network and multimodal transport solutions to provide Temu with end-to-end support. The goal is to create more agile, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious supply chain operations that fuel Temu’s continued growth across both established and emerging markets.

“Through our various DHL divisions, we are already providing a wide range of logistics services and solutions, including air freight and last-mile delivery. We are excited to elevate our partnership with Temu to the next level. By combining our logistics capabilities with Temu’s innovative platform, we can create more efficient, compliant and convenient solutions that benefit both consumers and local businesses in the markets we serve,” states Katja Busch, CCO and Head of DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation.
The partnership will also focus on supporting Temu’s growing local-to-local business model in Europe. By enabling local merchants to list and fulfill products within their own regions, Temu is aiming for up to 80% of its European sales to originate from this model. DHL will play a vital role in powering these operations with scalable logistics solutions.
In addition, the collaboration will support European-based sellers in accessing global markets through Temu’s platform, helping SMEs tap into new customer bases and scale internationally. DHL Group will also assist Temu in accelerating its footprint across e-commerce markets within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.
“This letter of intent marks a significant step in our partnership with DHL Group. Its extensive network and logistics capabilities will help support our mission to increase consumer access to affordable products and help increase growth opportunities for sellers,” states Qin Sun, co-founder of Temu.
