Cart.com, a leading provider of unified commerce and logistics solutions that enable merchants to sell and fulfill anywhere, announced that it has appointed Joe Barth as Chief Logistics Officer, effective immediately. Barth, who previously served as Cart.com’s Senior Vice President of Fulfillment, will be responsible for driving continued operational excellence and growth across the company’s network of omnichannel fulfillment centers and will report directly to Cart.com Founder and CEO Omair Tariq.

Barth, who joined Cart.com in January 2023, previously served as Senior Vice President of Fulfillment, where he oversaw the growth of the company’s fulfillment network from 10 facilities and 4 million square feet at the end of 2022 to 14 facilities and 8.5 million square feet nationwide today. Under his leadership, the company also successfully accelerated its expansion among mid-market and enterprise brands, including the onboarding of new marquee customers such as TOMS and Pacsun. Prior to joining Cart.com, Barth held a variety of senior roles at other leading 3PL companies.
