A proven leader in global clinical operations, Vicki has excelled in a range of roles at both innovator companies and CROs with responsibilities that have spanned the activities required to successfully execute clinical trials in the MedTech space. Vicki brings her strong leadership skills, nursing and healthcare background and her impressive track record of planning and successfully delivering clinical trials to quickly advance products through the clinical lifecycle. Prior to joining ProPharma, the world’s largest RCO (Research Consulting Organization), Vicki held leadership roles in clinical operations at Abbott Vascular, ICON, SpineThera and Premier Research.
Throughout her career, Vicki has demonstrated exemplary leadership to achieve corporate, operational, and financial goals while always focusing on exceeding client expectations. Her education and experiences as a Registered Nurse drive her patient centric focus in executing all clinical trials. Vicki’s collaborative approach in developing and executing clinical strategies, domestically and internationally, has enabled the cultivation of an effective, productive, and efficient atmosphere that is conducive to long-term and future-focused organizational growth that delivers maximum value for the client.
