Perficient, Inc., the leading digital consultancy transforming the world’s largest companies and brands, announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire SMEDIX , Inc., a healthcare software engineering company with revenue of approximately US$12 million, headquartered in San Diego (USA) and offshore operations located in Cluj-Napoca (Romania).

The acquisition of SMEDIX will:
