Phillips joined Aeroflow Healthcare in 2014 as a sales representative for the company’s Sleep division and quickly grew in responsibilities by joining the Urology team. Since then, he has played a critical role in developing Aeroflow Urology as an industry leader in an incredibly competitive market. During his tenure thus far, Phillips has provided innovative leadership with an unmatched ability to drive growth, and has produced the company’s highest patient retention and satisfaction ratings due to his unparalleled emphasis on customer service.

In this newly appointed position, Phillips will be responsible for Aeroflow Urology’s continued success and overall engagement within new markets.
