Deliverect partners with Uber Direct to help restaurants optimize and scale their delivery operations

Deliverect, a global scale-up that integrates and accelerates online ordering for restaurants and grocery stores, and Uber, announced a new global partnership to help restaurants better manage their delivery operations and expand. With Deliverect Dispatch, restaurants can scale their orders through fast and reliable white label delivery, powered by Uber Direct as a preferred partner.

Restaurants using Deliverect and Uber Direct can now seamlessly manage their customers’ experience from the first customer interaction through their sales channel through delivery. Whether the restaurant takes orders through its own app, website or social media channels, Deliverect Dispatch provides a network of couriers with the Uber app as an option for cost-effective on-demand delivery. This allows the restaurant to better serve its customers while maintaining control of its margins. As a white-label service, Uber Direct allows restaurants to offer delivery services while maintaining their brand and customer data. This service is based on a cooperation between Uber Eats and Deliverect, which was launched in 2018.

With Deliverect Dispatch, backend processes are optimized by integrating with the restaurant’s point-of-sale to ensure speed and accuracy.
