Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc, a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, provided additional details on its upcoming optional F.A.C.E. System, short for “Front AI Communication Ecosystem.” The F.A.C.E. System will be offered on the Company’s fully electric FX Super One MPV and represents a new approach to vehicle-to-world interaction.
The F.A.C.E. System uses voice, gesture, and touch. It responds instantly and anticipates user needs. It also offers proactive suggestions and real-time help. The smart front display can be controlled via a smartphone app. Users can show custom artwork, logos, messages, or even streaming videos. This turns the vehicle into a lively communication platform.
The Super EAI F.A.C.E. System is a key part of the FF EAI system. It transforms the traditional front grille into an AI-driven interface. This change turns a static design into something expressive and interactive. While operational when the vehicle is stationary, the system enables each FX Super One to project a unique identity—described as “a thousand faces for a thousand cars.” Beyond personalization, it provides the AI agent with the ability to perceive through five senses, express emotion, and act as a gateway for interaction and communication with the surrounding world.

“Offering technology like our unique F.A.C.E system in a new category of vehicle will be a game changer in the marketplace. It will allow users to connect with the world in a totally new way. It can express itself and communicate to the world in a way never seen before in a vehicle,” said Max Ma, Global CEO of FX. “The FX Super One is not just a new MPV, it is the first mass-market, first-class Embodied AI MPV designed for the U.S. market, where intelligent space, AI interaction, sensing, computing, and power and extended-range capability come together in a single platform.”
The FX Super One was first shown last summer. It aims to be an affordable MPV for the mass market, but it has a premium feel. The vehicle has a roomy, well-designed interior. It uses top materials and advanced tech. Passenger comfort stands out with several seating rows, ample legroom, cozy lighting, and great entertainment systems, among other features.
The FX Super One will be available later this year. It features all-wheel drive and two powertrain options. At launch, you can choose a fully battery-electric version. An AI hybrid extended-range (AIHER) option will come later.
Faraday Future recently outlined its FX Super One roadmap for mass production, sales, delivery, service, and operational ramp-up in the United States. The Company expects a three-phase delivery approach, beginning with Phase One deliveries in Q2 of this year, primarily targeting FX Par. Phase Two deliveries to industry leaders and B2B partners are anticipated to begin in Q3, featuring limited volume production and ramp-up while targeting a positive contribution margin. Phase Three will mark full-scale consumer deliveries, expected in Q4 of this year or Q1 of next year, with the goal of achieving sustained positive contribution margins.
