ServiceNow, a leader in digital workflow solutions, announced a strategic partnership with CapZone Impact Investments LLC, a leading Opportunity Zone (OZ) investment management firm, to develop a nationwide network of next-generation digital solutions for mission-critical manufacturing, beginning with a pilot in Mobile, Alabama.
The initiative combines the power of the ServiceNow AI Platform with CapZone’s proprietary Opportunity Zone investment, analytics, and compliance tools to support modernization efforts in legacy shipbuilding and enhance the resilience of U.S. naval operations across the Gulf Coast and beyond. By leveraging digital transformation, the collaboration aims to help the Department of Defense (DoD) accelerate modernization, increase readiness, and better navigate today’s complex global defense environment.
Bringing together ServiceNow’s enterprise solutions – including AI-driven automation, risk management, and enterprise asset management – with CapZone’s deep experience in long-term capital formation, fund structuring, and regulatory alignment, the partnership seeks to deliver a scalable blueprint for Industry 4.0 transformation in defense manufacturing and infrastructure development.
