Leidos, a FORTUNE 500 science and technology leader, announced the acquisition of Kudu Dynamics, a move that significantly accelerates Leidos’ expansion of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled cyber solutions for defense, intelligence, and homeland security missions.
The addition of Kudu Dynamics enhances Leidos’ existing AI-powered cybersecurity portfolio-already built to deliver speed, scale, and automation for advanced vulnerability detection, threat neutralization, and defense evasion. By bringing Kudu’s cutting-edge technologies and talent under its umbrella, Leidos is poised to deepen its capabilities in offensive cyber operations, electromagnetic spectrum warfare, and advanced vulnerability research.
Founded in 2013, Kudu Dynamics has established itself as a key innovator in cyber operations, with a focus on delivering scalable hardware reverse engineering, automated targeting, and the development of non-kinetic effects for U.S. Department of Defense agencies. The company has seen rapid growth due to its deep technical expertise and mission-driven innovation.
